We are professional athletes who have lived the journey ourselves the uncertainty, the setbacks, the missed opportunities, and the moments where the right guidance could have changed everything. 4TP was created to make that journey clearer, more structured, and more accessible for the next generation.
We understand what it takes because we've done it.
What We Do
4TP operates as an international sports agency with a growing global network.
We work alongside FIBA and NBA certified agents, and we maintain direct relationships with coaches, programs, and decision-makers across the USA and Canada. Through this network, we help players get seen, evaluated, and connected to opportunities that align with their level and goals.
Our reach allows us to open doors that are often difficult to access without the right connections.
But access is only part of it.
We support players throughout the entire process from initial evaluation, to placement, to ongoing guidance as they progress in their careers.
The Portal
The reality is simple.
There are thousands of players who are good enough but never get seen.
Not because they lack ability, but because they lack access, structure, or direction.
At the same time, families are often left navigating a complex system without clear answers unsure of what level is realistic, what pathways exist, or who to trust.
The 4TP Portal was created to solve that.
It gives every player a fair opportunity to be evaluated, understood, and guided properly. It allows us to assess each individual, review their film and background, and connect them to the most suitable opportunities available whether that's scholarships, prep schools, universities, or professional pathways.
For parents, it provides clarity and reassurance.
For players, it creates a real starting point.
